We visited in-store to see what was available. We ordered directly with Andy the wishing well and guestbook to our own specifications and design. Did this on a Friday afternoon, and on Monday we got a call to say it was ready to pick up. Very happy with the quality of the products, super quick turnaround time. He gave us a personalised pen as a gift as well. If we need more we will definitely come back.

Most personalised orders are made and posted within 2–3 business days. Because everything is custom made in our Melbourne workshop, timing can vary during peak wedding and Christmas seasons — if you have a deadline, let us know and we'll do our best to help. Melbourne customers can also collect from our Caulfield showroom to skip delivery time altogether.
Can I pick up my order in Melbourne?
Yes. We have a showroom at 827 Glen Huntly Road, Caulfield, where you can collect your order and see our range in person. Local pickup means no waiting for postage — just select pickup at checkout, and we'll let you know when your order is ready.
Will I see a proof before my order is made?
