Andy at Younique Gifts was absolutely wonderful! I messaged him very early on a Saturday morning needing to add something extra to a Baptisim gift. I decided on the wooden keepsake box. Within a few hours he had sent me a draft, I had approved it and it was made! I was very greatful. He took care in his work and the wooden keepsake box was exactly as advertised. VERY QUICK AND EFFICIENT!! I was able to collect in person on the same day! Would 100% recommend!

Love this store, found it online and realised it was a local shop so I went in person. The owner is the kindest soul, and so helpful. He went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted for my bridesmaid proposal boxes. He gifted me a beautiful personalised gift too. I will definitely be back for any gifting needs. We visited in-store to see what was available. We ordered directly with Andy the wishing well and guestbook to our own specifications and design. Did this on a Friday afternoon, and on Monday we got a call to say it was ready to pick up. Very happy with the quality of the products, super quick turnaround time. He gave us a personalised pen as a gift as well. If we need more we will definitely come back.

He was incredibly professional to deal with, responsive, happy to adjust a template to give us what we needed and clear with the process. The end product was made to a very high standard and we were impressed with the speedy turn around time. Compared with other providers, we found this a much more affordable option, without compromising on quality. We would certainly recommend.
