♥ PROCESSING TIME ♥
• 2-3 business days after finalization of all proofs; however, we do process and ship items as soon as possible. Once the design has been finalized and the printing process has started, we will not be able to make any changes.

• Due to the unique nature of this product, all sales are final and non-refundable.
♥ SHIPPING ♥
• Shipping internationally for large orders may incur additional shipping charges.
• We prepare and ship orders from Monday - Friday (without Saturday and Sunday). Weekends do not count as part of shipping days

We are sorry we are unable to cancel or refund when the order started to produce because this is a personalised item.
